Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
